“...I crave risk...you need to know who you are from the inside out…” “...I live the life I want to live instead of what society is telling me…” -Jordan Gross

In Episode 114 the Two Fit Crazies had a blast talking with a super inspirational young man by the name of Jordan Gross. Currently residing in NYC, and in the middle of his personal challenge to record 90 podcasts in 90 days, Jordan is wise beyond his years. Jordan, a 2x author, TEDx speaker, and entrepreneur, realized his “calling in life” at the early age of 23. He is now guiding people to live on “Cloud Nine” by helping them discover their true passions and purpose! Join in as Jordan guides the Two Fit Crazies through some awesome methods to get a little bit better each day as explains in his first book, Getting Comfy: Your Morning Guide to Daily Happiness.

Jordan also gives us a sneak peek into his latest book coming out early 2020, The Journey to Cloud Nine! Through this fictional work, Jordan’s mission is clear; provide the world with the tools to “live life in the clouds” by uncovering “cloud nine” moments.

Valentine's Day - Yay or Nay? – The Two Fit Crazies Weigh In - Episode 82

Episode 82 - Valentine's Day - Yay or Nay? – The Two Fit Crazies Weigh In

As you’ll hear in Episode 82, the Two Fit Crazies have differing opinions on Valentine’s Day.  And so, we did one of our Pop-Up podcasts to get it off our chests. Unfortunately, this rare disagreement between the dynamic duo has left the show in an awkward limbo of sorts. So, they want to hear from you. Valentine’s Day – Yay or Nay?

Responses may (or may not – do you actually think we know what we are doing?) be heard on our airwaves in a future Pop-Up show. Let your Voices Be Heard! @ us brothers and sisters!

 Yay or Nay???!!!!!

 With Love (Everyday),

Christine and Brian

Monica Rivera - - Creator and Host of "YOU WANNA DO WHAT?!" Podcast - Episode 75

Episode 75

Monica Rivera – Creator and Host of “YOU WANNA DO WHAT?!” Podcast

“Hi, I’m Monica and I podcast out of my closet.”

In Episode 75, the Two Fit Crazies had the pleasure of interviewing Monica Rivera, a self-proclaimed “MULTI-POTENTIALITE” (a fancy word for one with MANY interests) who also just happens to be a VERY successful podcast host.  Monica is the creator of, “YOU WANNA DO WHAT,” a show that she states is “about exploring interests-allowing ourselves to change, choose and try.” However, the Two Fit Crazies love a GREAT story, and Monica is no exception. As a first-generation Latina growing up in the Bronx, Monica shares her story of great adversity and soul searching which finally lead her to quit her unfulfilling corporate job to chase her passion to change lives. Hear the approach that Monica takes as she works her way up to becoming not only a Spartan competition, but an NPR Fellowship recipient as well! Like many of us, Monica Rivera was sick and tired of living someone else’s dream, so listen up as she shares some of her best practices to gain the momentum you need to change your life. Monica Rivera “walks the walk!” Listen closely because it may just change your life!

Peace on Earth Goodwill Towards Men (Except for the Self Proclaimed Guru) - The TFCs Navigate the Holidays - Episode 70

Episode 70

Peace on Earth Goodwill Towards Men (Except for the Self-Proclaimed Gurus) - The TFCs Navigate the Holidays

“Things turn out best for the people who make the best of the way things turn out.”

-John Wooden

In Episode 70, the Two Fit Crazies will help you face the Bermuda Triangle of Holidays. This is what Brian refers to as the time between Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the New Year. Stress levels are high, diets suffer, workouts are set aside, money is tight, sleep is at a minimum, and there is NEVER enough time in the day to get everything done. The holidays are supposed to be the most wonderful time of the year, right?

On top of that, everywhere you look there are self-proclaimed “gurus” and “experts” on television, social media, and more that make unsubstantiated promises that have all the answers, so you can live YOUR BEST LIFE. They seem to have “it” all figured out. Do this. Eat and drink that. Buy this. In actuality, no one has it all figured out….and that’s okay! Christine and Brian offer their advice on how to identify and avoid being duped by false claims and how to embrace things, people, and ideas in life that brings you joy! There is not ONE thing in life that will solve all of your problems. Take a little something from everyone out there, and if you don’t believe us, go read some quotes from John Wooden!

Peace, Love, and Joy…to almost everyone!
