In Episode 92 the Two Fit Crazies were dreaming of paradise with the amazing Matt Snyder who ZOOMed in to hang out with us from the Aloha state. Mr. Snyder, who just happens to be a full-time PE teacher, soccer coach, Boy Scout leader and a passionate fitness professional, reveals the state of fitness as he sees it in Hawaii. Matt discusses how Hawaiian culture is infused into PE classes to make health and fitness relevant and educational on multiple levels. While also touching on what seems to be working and what needs to change to make our youth healthier individuals, Matt offers practical solutions for any age to live a more quality life. Outside of the PE realm, Matt truly “walks the walk.” After a very successful purchase of P90X and INSANITY LIVE off of their infomercials, Matt’s personal transformation has led him to become a successful Beachbody coach and fitness trainer who is determined to change lives and inspire the world to be a more fit and healthy place!
